Major Meetings and Conventions


A Major Meeting is only as good as its weakest presenter. When you are involved in a major event, either as a Presenter or a Meeting Planner, you know that regardless of how well-staged the event, the bottom line measure of success is how well the new ideas being presented are accepted by the audience. All the hoopla in the world won't save you when a presentation is made by a poor speaker, especially when that speaker is one of the company's leaders.
 
SOLUTION: We come in several days or a week before the event and work with every speaker individually. Each speaker will be rehearsed under our watchful and compassionate eye, and instructed in specific techniques that will ensure his or her presentation is the best it can possibly be. Whether the presentation is extemporaneous, outlined, highly scripted or teleprompted, we have methods that will ensure each and every speaker will attain the highest level of competence possible.

We make sure that everyone, regardless of their previous level of experience, achieves the appearance of a calm, competent, even inspirational leader. In other words, by the time we get through, there will be no weak links!
